- What are the different ways of having converted into digital form? Differentiate? Resolution/Quality? Cost?
- What are the common capture devices?

- How is encoded?
- What are the common file formats? Differentiate? Size? Bandwidth? Cost?
- Presentation
- What is its level of interaction? people-to-people? people-to-system?
- How is media played back?
- What are the different forms of playback? Differentiate? Resolution/Quality? Cost?

- How is media published/distributed? Delivery mechanism?

General Guidelines:
- Each group will be composed of at least two (2) member and at most three (3) members. Each group must have an assigned analyst and a technical expert.
- Each group shall prepare a fifteen (15) minutes presentation
- Groups must have presentation material that include a demonstration of their selected form of multimedia. This must be loaded and tested before class.
- Each group shall prepare a short write-up summarizing their report (2-3 pages, single space, 11pt Times New Roman - or equivalent).
Grading Criteria:
- 20% Content (The Meat of the Presentation)
- 20% Clarity (How clear the message is put across?)
- 40% Delivery and Presentation (Actual Communication)
- 20% Authority (Does it sound credible?)
