Possible Topics (In order of presentation):

1. Instant Messaging (ex. AIM)
2. Course Management System (ex. Moodle)
3. Weblogs / Blogs
4. E-Radio (Internet Radio)
5. Streaming Video
6. Voice-over-IP
7. Video Conferencing
8. MMORPG
9. Mobile Applications (SMS/MMS) (ex. 2366)
10. Flight Simulator

Presentation Outline (and Guide Questions):

1. Implementation
   • How is it implemented?
   • What technologies and resources are required?
   • What is the typically cost items and how much?
2. Possible Revenue Models
   • How do we make money?
   • Cost benefits analysis
3. Issues and Resolutions (in problem-solution form)
   • What are the common implementation problems? Cause? Remedy?
   • What are the common problems encountered by users? Cause? Remedy?

General Guidelines:

• Use the same grouping and topic as the previous report.
• Focus on only one (1) form of implementation. Not all aspects.
• Each group shall prepare a fifteen (15) minutes presentation
• Each group shall have a presentation file and must submit it before the actual report
• Each group shall prepare a short write-up summarizing their report (2-3 pages, single space, 11pt Times New Roman - or equivalent).

Grading Criteria:

• 20% Content (The Meat of the Presentation)
• 20% Clarity (How clear the message is put across?)
• 40% Delivery and Presentation (Actual Communication)
• 20% Authority (Does it sound credible?)
